Sliving Steals stands by our products and we will gladly offer a replacement if your purchase arrives damaged or defective.
If you believe one of our products is defective, please allow us the courtesy to troubleshoot the issue before sending you a replacement. We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 14 days of your delivery date.
